Know what is due.
Get paid. Properly.

Duly connects the quote, invoice, customer promise, transfer, receipt, and follow-up - so your team can collect with confidence without reconstructing revenue from WhatsApp, Excel, and bank alerts.

Built first for agencies, consultants, contractors, professional firms, and B2B teams that invoice regularly and collect mainly by bank transfer.

Answer these without opening three apps:

01Who needs a follow-up today?
02What payment is still unmatched?
03Is the record properly structured?

The real problem

When the business grows, memory stops working.

The owner knows the customer. Sales knows the job. Finance sees the transfer. The accountant needs the records. Duly gives everyone one reliable version of what happened and what should happen next.

Duly is especially useful when:

You send 10+ invoices a monthCustomers pay by bank transferYou accept deposits or part-paymentsMore than one person touches a salePayment promises live in chats or callsCustomers request TIN, CAC, or PO details

One complete revenue trail

From “send your invoice”
to “payment matched.”

Duly follows the transaction beyond the PDF, keeping every action connected to the customer and the money.

01 · CAPTURE

Turn intent into the right record

Start from a request, PO, proposal, repeat job, product order, or “the usual” - then create the appropriate quote, proforma, or invoice.

02 · SEND

Send something customers trust

Share a clear document with the correct parties, terms, VAT, references, public view, and payment instructions.

03 · COLLECT

Follow up with context

See what is due, what was promised, what is disputed, and which customer needs a thoughtful next action.

04 · CLOSE

Connect payment to the sale

Record transfers and part-payments, allocate them correctly, issue receipts, and keep the remaining balance obvious.

Beyond invoice creation

The hard parts of getting paid, finally connected.

Generic invoice tools stop after “send.” Duly is designed around everything your business still has to do before revenue is truly collected and properly recorded.

Collections context

Remember the promise,
not just the due date.

Know the last contact, promised payment date, disputed amount, relationship sensitivity, and next useful action before anyone sends another reminder.

Settlement reality

Part-payment is a normal payment.

Keep deposits, milestones, split payments, allocations, and remaining balances visible without rewriting the original invoice.

01

Remember what was said. Keep promises, calls, notes, and last contact visible.

02

Know when to pause. Respect disputes, strategic accounts, and customer-specific handling.

03

Stop chasing when money lands. Give sales, finance, and the owner the same payment picture.

Built for how business happens here

WhatsApp starts the sale. The bank alert does not finish it.

A customer may ask for a revised quote before raising a PO, pay the deposit from another company’s account, then request a receipt showing the remaining balance. Duly keeps that context together.

01

Bank transfer first

Capture payer name, narration, reference, proof, and allocation - not only “paid.”

02

Products and services

Invoice goods, services, or mixed work when the sale is document-led and customer-specific.

03

Phone in hand

Review balances, send documents, record payments, and issue receipts from a responsive app.

04

Professional paperwork

Keep legal names, trading names, TIN, CAC, PO references, terms, and VAT details where needed.

NRS-aware by design

E-invoicing is more than putting a QR code on a PDF.

NRS materials describe structured, machine-readable invoice data and an authorised SI/APP path. Duly keeps canonical commercial data structured today and is designed for readiness checks and provider-backed connections as those capabilities are introduced.

Clear by design: Duly is not currently an NRS System Integrator or Access Point Provider. It never presents an invoice as validated, fiscalised, or submitted without evidence from an authorised provider-backed flow.

Straight answers

Know exactly what Duly is - and what it is not.

No vague compliance badges. No pretending every Nigerian business has the same workflow.

Who is Duly built for first?

Registered Nigerian service businesses and B2B SMEs with regular invoices, bank-transfer collections, recurring or project work, and enough outstanding receivables that delayed payment affects cash flow. Think agencies, consultants, IT firms, contractors, facilities companies, professional practices, training firms, and B2B operators.

Can a product business use Duly?

Yes - when the sale is invoice-led and customer-specific. Duly supports products, services, and mixed line items. It is not currently designed to replace a POS, warehouse, or inventory-management system for high-volume retail or wholesale operations.

Can my customers be companies and private individuals?

Yes. A Duly business can keep business, individual, and government customers. The information requested changes with the classification, so an individual is not forced into company fields and a business can keep its legal name, trading name, TIN, registration details, and contacts distinct.

How can customers pay?

Duly treats direct bank transfer as a first-class method and can also support provider-hosted payment links where enabled. Duly records the payment evidence and allocation; it is not a bank or payment processor.

Does Duly handle deposits and part-payments?

Yes. A single invoice can have multiple payments, and each payment can be allocated without changing the original issued invoice. Duly keeps the invoice total, paid amount, balance, and payment receipts distinct.

Does Duly automatically match bank transfers?

Not yet. Duly currently supports payment references and deliberate allocations. Bank-statement reconciliation and assisted matching are planned, with human confirmation for uncertain matches rather than silent guesses.

Does Duly integrate with WhatsApp?

Documents can be shared manually through secure public links and WhatsApp. Automated WhatsApp messaging is not being presented as live today; it requires careful consent, template, anti-spam, and usage-cost controls.

Is Duly accounting software?

No. Duly focuses on the revenue trail from quote to collected and reconciled payment. It is designed to give owners, finance teams, and accountants cleaner customer statements, registers, and audit evidence - not replace a full general ledger, payroll, or expense system.

Is Duly NRS compliant or connected to NRS?

Not currently. Duly uses structured commercial records and is being designed with NRS readiness and authorised provider integration in mind. It does not claim NRS submission, validation, fiscalisation, IRN, CSID, or regulatory QR status unless a future authorised provider-backed flow returns and stores that evidence.

How do I get started?

Create your Duly workspace, add your business details, and start with a real customer or invoice. Duly is designed to become the clear place your team returns to for what is due, what got paid, and what should happen next.
